1. Membership Term and Payment
1.1. By signing up for a membership with INGOLF (inGolf Sports AG), the customer agrees to a fixed term of 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the chosen plan. Full payment is due at signup.
1.2. At the end of the membership period, the membership renews automatically for the same duration unless the customer cancels before it expires. Spring and summer memberships are exempt and do not renew automatically.
2. Cancellation Terms
2.1. Customers may cancel their membership at any time before it expires, via their customer account or customer service.
2.2. The operator reserves the right to cancel the membership and deny access if the customer does not comply with the established rules.
2.3. Simulator sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are deducted from the hour allowance.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1. Membership includes an hour allowance per period for use of the simulators.
3.2. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month and expire at the end of each month.
3.3. Bookings are possible during opening hours, but availability is not guaranteed.
4. Rules for Using the INGOLF Facility
4.1. Safety: You use the facility at your own risk. We accept no liability for your safety during use.
4.2. Equipment must be used carefully and according to the instructions.
4.3. Breach of contract: If you breach these rules of use, we reserve the right to terminate your membership without notice. No refund will be given.
4.4. Damage must be reported to support@ingolf.ch without delay.
4.5. Access to staff areas is prohibited.
4.6. Drinks and coffee: Available via Twint payment by QR code. Only drinks sold on site are permitted.
4.7. No smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the facility and leads to immediate termination. Smoking is only allowed outside the facility.
4.8. Intoxicated persons may not use the facility.
4.9. The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.
4.10. Children require adult supervision.
4.11. Cleanliness and order must be maintained at all times.
4.12. Only the booked number of simulators may be used.
4.13. Marked golf balls are not permitted.
4.14. Booking is done through the booking system; an access code is provided.
4.15. The facility is monitored by video and remote communication systems.
4.16. No-show policy: INGOLF reserves the right to charge a fee of CHF 35 per hour in the event of a no-show.
4.17. Customers may book for other people but remain responsible for their compliance with the rules.
4.18. External coaches require prior approval. A breach leads to denial of access and a ban from the premises.
5. Payment Issues
5.1. If a payment is declined, the customer has 7 days to update their payment details. If payment is not made, the membership will be suspended.
6. Contact Information
6.1. Communication is via info@ingolf.ch or the website. Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
7.1. INGOLF reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice is given by email or via the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Place of Jurisdiction
8.1. Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
