There’s no formal dress code, but you should wear clean sports shoes so the facility stays clean and safe. Comfortable golf or sports clothing works best, so you can move freely during your session.

Yes, everyone is welcome at our facility, from beginners, regular players as well as low handicap players. We're also welcoming children who want to play, but they have to be accompanied by the adult.

How do you reserve a session at INGOLF?

Booking is easy. Go to booking.ingolf.ch, choose your date, time, and session length (55, 115, or 175 minutes), then complete checkout. If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll need to create an account. You can also enter a discount code at checkout and pay by credit card.

On one simulator bay we allow maximum of 4 players at the same time.

Do you offer golf clubs for rent at the facility or do I need to bring my own clubs?

Accepted Answer

If you have your own clubs, we recommend you to bring your own equipment. If for whatever reason you want to rent the equipment, we're offering those as well. Please book those at the booking process.

We're offering soft drinks, beer, coffee, as well as golf consumables like golf balls and golf gloves.

Are there any specific rules or guidelines to follow while using the indoor golf simulator?

We have 14 etiquette rules that have to be followed while at our facility:
Do not use marked balls.
Use clean sports shoes.
Be mindful and quiet.
Finish sessions 5 minutes before the hour.
Leave the area tidy.
No smoking or e-cigarettes.
Drinks available, pay at reception.
Handle equipment with care.
Report issues at the reception.
Children must be accompanied.
No unsupervised children.
Swing golf clubs safely.
Stand at a safe distance.
Play at your own risk.

What food and drinks can you bring into the simulator area?

Accepted Answer

You can enjoy drinks purchased at the facility in the simulator area. For food, you should keep it simple: we generally don’t allow full meals, but dry snacks such as protein bars are fine. If you’re unsure about an item, ask us before your visit.

How long does a typical simulator session last?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the type of activity you want to do. A single player can use a single session of 55 minutes for a training session only or do an 9 hole course play with short warmup session beforehand. For 18 hole play we recommend booking a block of 2 sessions.

Yes, we're organising various competitions during the winter time. We also encourage our community to organize competitions, so if you want to organize one, please send us an email to info@ingolf.ch

Yes, you can bring guests with you. We have seating area which allows guests to enjoy the game as spectators.

No, you need to do a booking of your session on our booking page: booking.ingolf.ch.

How do I find INGOLF, and is parking available?

You can find us at Stelzenstrasse 6, 8152 Opfikon. If you come by car, parking is available at the Novotel hotel. By public transport, Tram 10 takes you here from Zürich city centre or the airport.
