INGOLF Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Duration and Payment
1.1. Membership Duration: By signing up for a membership at INGOLF (inGolf Sports AG), the customer agrees to a fixed duration of 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the plan selected. The entire membership fee is payable in full at the time of sign-up.
1.2. Auto-Renewal: At the end of the membership period, the membership will automatically renew for the same duration unless the customer cancels the membership before the expiration date.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellation: Customers may cancel their membership at any time before the expiration of the current membership period. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer’s account on the INGOLF website or by contacting our customer service.
2.2. Cancellation of Booked Sessions: Customers may cancel or reschedule a booked simulator session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the booked session are not permitted, and the session will be deducted from the customer's membership balance.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1. Monthly Hours: Membership provides a specified number of hours each month that can be used to book the simulator. The exact number of hours depends on the membership plan selected.
3.2. Non-Transferability of Hours: Unused hours do not roll over to the next month and will expire at the end of each month.
3.3. Booking for Others: Customers may book simulator sessions for other persons under their name. However, the customer remains responsible for the behavior and adherence to facility rules of all participants booked under their name.
3.4. Booking Availability: Customers can book the simulator at any time during the facility's opening hours. However, INGOLF does not guarantee the availability of simulator bays at all times.
4. Payment Issues
4.1. Payment Failure: In the event of a rejected or unsuccessful payment, INGOLF will notify the customer to update their payment information and resolve the payment. The customer must update their payment details and complete the payment within seven (7) days of the notification. If the payment is not successfully processed within this period, INGOLF will suspend the customer's membership until the payment is completed. During this suspension, the customer remains obligated to fulfill the payment in accordance with the auto-renewal policy.
5. Contact Information
5.1. Communication: All notices, requests, and communications related to the membership should be sent to INGOLF’s customer service through the official website or via email at info@ingolf.ch. Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
6.1. Right to Amend: INGOLF reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through the website. Continued use of the membership after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
7. Jurisdiction
7.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
